OVERVIEW

Welcome to Vectored Cases.

The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Vectored Cases. Vectored Cases operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Vectored Cases is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All products are made to order and printed on demand through our production partner, Printful. This helps us reduce overproduction and ensure each case is printed fresh for you.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

All Vectored Cases products are designed and printed on demand. Product colors and images displayed online are digital mockups and may vary slightly from the physical product due to screen settings, printing processes, and material differences.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or update product designs, descriptions, or prices at any time;

  • Discontinue any product without notice;

  • Limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All products are intended for personal use and are not authorized for resale without our prior written consent.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

Because all items are printed on demand, once an order has been submitted and enters production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which states that:

  • All sales are final for non-defective items;

  • Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, as described in the Refund Policy.

You agree to review your order carefully (including phone model, design, and shipping address) before confirming your purchase.

Prices for our products are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout, where applicable.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout (such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, etc.), processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and shipping are fulfilled through our partner Printful. All products are made to order.

Estimated timelines (also outlined in our Shipping Policy):

  • Fulfillment time: Typically 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time (U.S.): Typically 5–10 business days after fulfillment

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues or service interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak seasons or holidays

  • Other factors beyond our control

Once an order has shipped, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other third parties; however, if your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help review the situation.

SECTION 5 – DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We want you to be happy with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at vectoredcases@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number, and

  • Clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are provided in line with our Refund Policy; refunds are generally not offered except in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.

We cannot provide replacements or refunds for:

  • Orders with the wrong phone model selected by the customer;

  • Change-of-mind;

  • Minor color variations between mockups and final printed products.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, product names, and website content are the intellectual property of Vectored Cases and/or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our designs or content;

  • Use our designs for commercial purposes;

  • Use our branding, trademarks, or logos without prior written permission from Vectored Cases.

Any unauthorized use of our content or designs is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 – PRINTFUL AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our products are printed and shipped through Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Printful is responsible for the manufacturing and fulfillment of your product;

  • Your shipping information will be shared with Printful solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.

We may also use other third-party services (such as payment processors, analytics tools, and marketing platforms). Each third party has its own privacy practices and terms of service.

We are not liable for damages, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers; however, we will work with you and our partners to address any issues that arise with your order.

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

  • The quality of any products or services will meet your expectations, though we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images.

SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vectored Cases, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs, arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services or products;

  • Any errors or omissions in content;

  • Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Services or products.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 10 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vectored Cases, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, Shopify, Printful, and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms of Service,

  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or

  • Your misuse of our Services or products.

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

SECTION 12 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
