At Vectored Cases, all products are made to order through our trusted production partner. This allows us to deliver high-quality prints while reducing waste and overproduction.

Fulfillment Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, inspected, and prepared for shipment.

Custom requests may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design.

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 8–12 business days total, including production and shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.

Free standard shipping is included on all U.S. orders.

Custom Orders

Custom designs requiring approval or mock-ups may extend the fulfillment timeline. Production begins once the design is confirmed.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
